    "message": "catchAllocation(): the CAR and the CAS of the allocation setup, from the raised catch and the conditions of the groups\n\nThe allocation setup of the SCF (SCF_allocationsetup_v1) writes down how the discards were raised, stratum by stratum. catchAllocation() makes its two\ncatch tables from what catchRaising() was given and made, with the header of the CC (workingGroupYear, version, versionDescription, calendarYear,\nstartDateYear):\n- CAR: every stratum of the raised catch (landings, discards that were reported, discards the raising made), `imported` Y / N from importedOrRaised,\n  catchAllocationGroupNameTarget = the group a raised discard was raised for (its stratum's group in condition_raising_st_list, checked against DrGroup),\n  catchAllocationGroupNameSource = the group(s) a donor feeds, \"; \" separated - the landings and the discards of the strata of a group's matched data that\n  have a discard estimate and landings, with the rows of their domains, as catchRaising() picks them; the scheme name on the raised discards only; the\n  sampling of a raised discard left out, as in the CC; a stratum the CEF splits further is added up. A raised discard with no total (a group with no donor:\n  NaN) is not a result: left out, with a warning, and the group is in neither table.\n- CAS: one row per donor discard stratum of each group: rate = discards / landings (an unbounded ratio), weightingTotal = the landings that weight it,\n  averagingMethod \"Weighted\", weightingCategory \"Lan\", weightingParameter the variable of the raising - how catchRaising() combines them.
